Buffalo Chicken Tacos

This recipe is an interesting twist on the traditional chicken taco. For those of you, like myself, who love buffalo wings, this is the recipe for you! It's super simple and quick, so let's jump in! Ingredients- - 2 cooked chicken breasts - 1 bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce - 2 tbsp butter - Queso Fresco - White Corn Tortillas - Ranch Dressing - Cilantro Process- 1. In a medium size frying pan, heat 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. 2. Cut your chicken breast in to cubes, rinse the cutting board and keep it out! (You may prefer to shred your chicken and that is fine too, I like cubing it since it is faster!) 3. Once the butter is melted, toss your cubed/shredded chicken into the pan. 4. Pour about 1/2 (or an amount to your liking) of Franks Red Hot Sauce over the chicken and in the pan. 5. Let the mixture simmer on medium/low heat while preparing the other ingredients. 6. Remove the queso fresco from packaging and cut in to small pieces, enough to fill as man

Chocolate Covered Strawberries!

Image
This recipe is super fun, super delicious and super quick!  Chocolate covered strawberries are a classic sweet treat that can be enjoyed year round! And you don’t need much to make them. Odds are you already have all the ingredients in your pantry at home! Though, there are a few tricks to the trade that I’d like to share with you before you begin.  First-  Make sure to pick the best strawberries possible out of your carton. Try to avoid strawberries that have been bruised or are a bit older.  Second-  After rinsing the strawberries, make sure to dry them well before dipping them in the chocolate.  Other than that, you should be good to go ahead and start dipping!  Ingredients-  1 pint strawberries (only the best)  1 bar Ghirardelli baking chocolate (type of your choice)  Recipe-  Begin by rinsing the strawberries you’ve selected and setting them aside to drip dry Next, take your baking chocolate and using your hands break the bar up into smaller pieces

Meal Prep: How To

Hi everyone! Good morning, and welcome to Meal Prep!         Today I’m going to talk about the how behind meal prepping as well as give you some ideas for meals you could be making. So let’s get started!          To begin, I’d like to discuss the “why” behind it all. Many people meal prep for different reasons. Some of which reasons are because it saves time, or they’re training at the gym. But, whatever reason that interests you in prepping is sufficient enough for me! I just want to make you aware of some of its benefits up front. Meal prepping, though it takes a lot of time on the front end, saves a lot of time later on during the week. We’re all busy people, we have lives that revolve around work, school, kids, health, etc. Meal prepping can be a great help during the week since it’s already made! You just pop your meal in the microwave and 30-40 seconds later, voila!          Now, don’t get me confused for someone advocating you eat nothing but microwave dinners to save tim
